Our family personally takes care of the cooking because we care, most of all, to make you taste the traditional specialties of Abruzzo, both for lunch and dinner. In our hotel in Vasto you can take advantage of full board or half board. Meat, but especially seafood: each dish is prepared with care, using excellent ingredients.
We offer you a choice of 3 first and 3 second courses, accompanied by side dishes, both hot and cold, and appetizers. You will be delighted by our Cavatelli alla Pescatora (a type of pasta with mixed seafood) or try the typical Pasta alla Chitarra, (handmade egg pasta) an emblem of Abruzzo cuisine!
